Confusing, obtuse, beautiful, wonderful

How many weather apps have I gone through? Dozens. But this one will stick around as long as developer updates. Is it confusing? Yes. Is there a bit of engrish? Yes. But in a world of too-simple weather apps, theres a certain allure to this app. Much of the interface is confusing and weird but it has a sense of whimsy and play that make it interesting. Contrast that to Weather Undergrounds app, which is similarly confusing but not fun. This is a fun weather app.
